Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Testing Lead with strong expertise in SAP testing using Tricentis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the testing strategy, leading test execution activities, and ensuring high‑quality delivery across SAP programs.

Hybrid in Toronto (near pearson airport)

Key Responsibilities

n

- Lead end-to-end testing activities for SAP implementations and enhancements
- Define and own the overall testing strategy, approach, and roadmap
- Prepare detailed test plans, test scripts, and test scenarios
- Drive automation testing using Tricentis (Tosca) for SAP applications
- Review business requirements and translate them into comprehensive test cases
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, developers, and functional teams
- Manage SIT, UAT, regression, and integration testing cycles
- Track defects, ensure timely resolution,



and maintain testing metrics
- Mentor and guide test teams, ensuring best practices and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with delivery timelines and quality benchmarks

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong experience as a Testing Lead in SAP environments
- Hands-on expertise with Tricentis Tosca for SAP testing
- Proven experience in:
- Test strategy definition
- Test planning and estimation
- Test case and test script creation
- Positive understanding of SAP modules and business processes
- Experience with manual and automated testing methodologies
- Strong defect management and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
