About the Role:

The Account Manager will act as a key client partner, managing complex, large-scale national accounts with a focus on both print and digital initiatives. You will oversee cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth collaboration across creative, production, and vendor partners, while maintaining alignment with client objectives. This is a quick-paced, high-volume environment where strong leadership, organization, and communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead client communications, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and instilling confidence through proactive management.
- Manage the execution of large-scale national campaigns, across both print and digital channels.
- Oversee creative development,



production workflows, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless delivery.
- Command meetings and conversations with clients, confidently handling strong personalities.
- Track budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with client expectations and agency standards.

Qualifications:

- 6+ years of account or project management experience in an agency environment.
- Proven ability to manage large, complex national accounts.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to command a room and manage senior client relationships.
- Experience across print, digital, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- QSR client experience is a strong asset.
