What You'll Own
n
- Full-cycle accounting: journal entries, month-end close, and general ledger maintenance
- Balance sheet reconciliations, including intercompany accounts
- Bank and credit card reconciliations; investigation and resolution of variances
- Accounting schedules: accruals, prepaids, and fixed assets
- Monthly financial statements and internal reporting packages
- ERP usage and enhancements (NetSuite experience is a strong asset)
- Process improvement identification and implementation support

What You Bring
n
- 5–7 years of hands-on accounting experience, ideally in a multi-entity setting
- Strong full-cycle background with solid GAAP/ASPE knowledge
- ERP experience required; NetSuite preferred
- Advanced Excel skills (lookups, data analysis) -- Excel testing is part of the interview process
- Degree or diploma in Accounting
- CPA designation or actively working toward CPA is preferred
- Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable -- comfortable in a fully onsite structure
