What you’ll do

n

You’ll support the finance function across reporting, planning, analysis, accounting and compliance, including:

n

- FP&A; support: budgeting, forecasting, performance tracking, and variance analysis
- Month-end and reporting: help drive accurate results, understand drivers, and improve financial storytelling
- Cross-functional partnering: work with commercial and operational stakeholders to connect performance to actions
- Audit and compliance: support internal/external audit readiness, controls, and compliance processes




- Accounting and finance blend: contribute to key close activities, reconciliations, and balance sheet hygiene as needed
- Special projects: process improvement, analytics enhancement, system/tool upgrades, and ad hoc leadership requests
- Continuous improvement mindset: identify smarter ways to streamline, standardize, and elevate how the team operates. Leverage AI tools to automate and streamline workflows and perform process improvements.

What we’re looking for

n

We’re looking for someone who is sharp, grounded, and wants to keep leveling up:

n

- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A;, audit, accounting, or consulting/advisory/assurance
- Background in public accounting or consulting is highly valued along with accounting or finance industry experience
- Comfort working across both financial reporting and forward-looking analysis
- Strong Excel skills and the ability to learn systems quickly (ERP/BI tools experience is a plus)
- Clear communicator who can explain the drivers behind the numbers
- Known for being humble, reliable, proactive, and coachable
- Experience with large accounting ERP (i.e. SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, JDE, etc.)
- US GAAP / IFRS reporting experience
- US or Canadian CPA (Certified Public Accountant / Chartered Professional Accountant) or someone that has passed their Common Final Examination (CFE) is required
