Your New Role

n

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you’ll work within a cross‑functional agile team to design, build, and support a modern AWS cloud‑native web application. You’ll play a hands‑on role across backend and frontend development using Node.js, TypeScript, and React, while also contributing to code quality, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating closely with Product, UX, and QA stakeholders.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

n

- 6+ years of experience in web application development
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Node.js and TypeScript
- 2+ years of experience building frontend applications using React (Redux is a plus)
- Experience designing and developing asynchronous, event‑driven processes (e.g., queues, background jobs)
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including debugging, performance tuning, refactoring, branching strategies,



and coding standards
- Experience writing unit tests and maintaining test coverage thresholds
- Robust communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in cross‑functional teams
- Self‑motivated, analytical, and solution‑oriented mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience

Nice to Haven

- Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, ECS, CloudFormation, and IAM
- Exposure to Amazon Bedrock and large language models (LLMs)
- Previous experience in financial services and/or real estate environments
