Key Responsibilities

n

- Lead all FP&A; activities including budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and cash flow management across global operations.
- Provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership, supporting effective capital allocation, liquidity management, and long-term planning.
- Manage banking relationships and CF forecasting activities while maintaining strong governance and internal controls.
- Drive process improvement initiatives, including active participation in an ongoing ERP and budgeting system implementation.

What You Bring

n

- 8+ years of progressive finance experience with strong FP&A;, treasury, and financial reporting expertise; public company experience is an asset.
- CPA designation required; MBA or CFA considered an asset.
- Hands-on experience with ERP platforms and advanced Excel skills including macros and agile modelling.




- Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively across geographically dispersed, cross-functional teams.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to build processes from the ground up, operate in ambiguity, and lead a small team through change.
