About the Role

Reporting to senior finance leadership, this position is responsible for supporting the financial management of multiple active projects. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate reporting, coordinating funding activities, and ensuring financial transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

n

- Generate and update financial reports to support both internal teams and external stakeholders
- Track project spending against approved budgets, investigate discrepancies, and highlight key trends
- Complete balance sheet reconciliations and ensure financial records are properly maintained
- Work closely with internal departments and third-party partners to facilitate funding timelines and cash requirements
- Validate invoices and related documentation to confirm accuracy prior to processing
- Deliver financial insights and analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making




- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, strengthen controls, and improve existing processes
- Contribute to year-end deliverables and assist with final project financial wrap-up and reporting

What You Bring

- CPA designation required
- Background in project-based accounting, ideally within a complex or multi-entity environment
- Solid understanding of cost tracking, budgeting, and financial reporting principles
- Robust capabilities in spreadsheet-based analysis and data management
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail when working with large data sets
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities effectively
- Self-starter who can work independently while staying aligned with broader team objectives
- Clear and confident communicator, comfortable working with both finance and non-finance stakeholders
