The Company is currently looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join the team.
n
Overview:
n
In this full-time position, the Senior Sales Manager will provide primary leadership for new sales opportunities and will manage assigned key clients.
n
Job Responsibilities
n
Sales & Business Development:
n
- Primary lead for any new sales opportunities.
- Maximize sales opportunities for any area within NexgenRx e.g. Saas, Drug Manufacturing Verticals, Broker, PSP Channels, TPA, including union organizations.
- Identify opportunities
- Build and cultivate a healthy pipeline of opportunities and drive these opportunities
- Build strong relationships with prospects and new clients
- Represent NexgenRx at industry seminars, conferences, travel
- Achieve established sales targets
- Ensure marketing presence in the applicable industry channels.
- Keep the business aware of changes in the industry that impact pricing and rates for services
- Establish and manage positive relationships with clients and new prospects.
Work with internal teams to develop a solution for prospects and work towards mutually beneficial objectives.
- Work with the internal teams to create and present tailored solutions and demos to prospects. This would include identifying and leading in relevant RFPs within the assigned business verticals.
- Work with internal teams to bring trends and new ideas that will impact the software's future road map and functionality .
- Participate and lead in finalist’s presentations
- In collaboration with Implementation team, ensure new client benefit plans are implemented accurately and efficiently; liaise with internal teams throughout the implementation process and be available for pre-installation and transition meetings

Account Management:
n
- Act a primary contact and liaison for assigned 'A' and 'B' clients
- Ensure client issues have been fully resolved to the client's satisfaction, within the agreed timeframe and continued communication
- Participate, as required, to maintain a strong working relationship with internal teams and strategic partners working in collaboration to develop ideas that result in improvements to service delivery for the client
- Communicate renewals to existing clients
- Act as the lead to review with internal teams any suggestions to plan design change based on renewal analysis with the existing customer
- Train and provide effective demonstrations on Member Services and Plan Sponsor Services and administrative practices

Qualifications & Skills
n
- 5-10 years experience in sales with Group Benefits, Health Benefit Plans, TPA/TPP, Brokers/Benefit Consultants and PSP experience in a sales-related environment.
- Experience in pricing Group Health Advantages and Software (SaaS) pricing
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and ‘close the deal’, establishing strong client relationships.
- Detailed knowledge in all areas of group insurance including processes, contracts, new business issues, claims, underwriting procedures and guidelines, and billing/administration
- Familiarity with group benefits software would be an asset
- Ability to travel internationally
- Persistent and tenacious in pursuing sales opportunities; persistent and strong in any follow-up
- Sales force AI experience would be an asset
- Experience with union clients would be an asset
- Experience in leading RFP processes
- College or University graduate in a related discipline or equivalent experience would be considered an asset; sales training would be an asset
- CEBS or GBA would be considered an asset
- Have a professional and mature approach to client development
- A self-starter and self-leader with demonstrated initiative and effective leadership skills
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Experience developing relationships with trustees, brokers, consultants, carriers and customers
- Strong communication – both verbal and written
- An established and secure home office as this is, primarily, a remote position.
