Your New Role

n

As a Senior Yardi Developer (L3 Support), you’ll be a key member of the Real Assets IT team, providing deep technical expertise across Yardi Voyager modules. This role combines hands-on development, Tier 3 production support, and system enhancement delivery, ensuring optimal performance, stability, and continuous improvement of the Yardi platform.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

n

- 6+ years of hands-on Yardi Voyager development experience
- Strong experience providing L3 / Tier 3 Yardi support in enterprise environments
- Advanced SQL skills for reporting, data validation, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
- Proven experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying Yardi enhancements
- Strong understanding of software development best practices including debugging,



refactoring, code tuning, branching, and version control
- Ability to troubleshoot performance issues across OS, database, and SQL layers
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Self-motivated, analytical, and capable of communicating effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders
