We are partnering with a leading retail organization to find a Senior Director, Digital and Technology who will shape the future of digital commerce and omnichannel experiences. Your Responsibilities

n

- You’ll define and lead the enterprise digital and omnichannel strategy aligned with business priorities
- You’ll translate executive vision into clear, integrated roadmaps across ecommerce, stores, and supply chain
- You’ll guide senior leaders across digital commerce, CRM, loyalty, and analytics to deliver measurable outcomes




- You’ll oversee omnichannel operations including fulfillment models and customer journey optimization
- You’ll establish governance for analytics, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making across the organization
- You’ll partner with IT leadership to ensure scalable, secure, and resilient technology solutions

Skills and Qualifications

n

- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in digital commerce, omnichannel retail, or enterprise technology
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, CRM, loyalty programs, analytics, and enterprise systems
- Proven ability to lead senior leaders and influence outcomes across complex, cross-functional environments
- Experience developing and executing enterprise-level strategy and evaluating technology investments
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to align executive stakeholders and teams
- Strong business acumen with a data-driven and customer-focused mindset
