From preparing delicious meals to connecting with customers at the counter, you’ll play a key role in creating the welcoming, high-quality experience our shoppers know and love. - Deliver warm, confident, and engaging customer service that reflects Farm Boy’s commitment to the best fresh shopping experience.
- Welcome, greet, and assist customers using Farm Boy Service Standards while sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm for our products.
- Prepare and cook fresh offerings for our hot and cold bar, grill station, and service cases, ensuring quality, presentation, and consistency.




- Package, stock, rotate, and merchandise display counters and shelves, maintaining high product standards and accurate signage.
- Maintain clean, protected, and organized work and storage areas through general housekeeping duties, including sweeping, mopping, and dishwashing.
- Follow all corporate policies and procedures with particular focus on Health & Safety, Food Safety, HACCP compliance, and proper equipment use.
- Complete designated opening and closing procedures and provide support to fellow Team Members as needed.
- Support the team with additional duties on a periodic basis.
