Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Your deliverables as a System Integrator will include, but are not limited to, the following:

n

- Partner with Project Manager and Product Specialists, interact directly with the customer to implement hardware and software as needed for the US Payments banking application as it relates to Wires
- Installation of windows software in an Enterprise SaaS environment
- Coordinate with multiple teams in support of a client’s implementation and/or migration, including but not limited to the following departments: Development, QA, Networking, Middleware, Customer Service, Project Management and other technical team members
- Manage multiple customer updates through effective written communication and actively participate in team/customer client calls
- Use interpersonal communication techniques to contact and build relationships with current customers as it relates to technology.
- Obtain information from individuals, as needed, to understand the capabilities of the product
- Update the project team about technical issues and timelines for implementation
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation on behalf of all projects: Technical Implementation Checklist
- Support hands-on with the application to assist with understanding and troubling-shooting customer issues and questions
- Support implementation of vendor connections using general understanding of network setups including routers in an Enterprise Azure workplace, architecture contains but not limited to firewalls, routers load balancers and circuits
- Assist with troubleshooting network related connections

Job Requirements

n
- Relevant academic background
- 2 -5 years technical experience with windows server OS and Unix/Linux operating systems




- 1-2 years technical experience with application communication to an Oracle database
- 1-2 years technical experience with scripting languages
- 2-5 years of Banking or Financial Industry experience preferred
- A self-motivated and hardworking individual who is goal oriented and is able to work with minimal supervision
- Able to multi-task and manage changing priorities to meet demands of internal and external customers
- Demonstrate ability to contribute to an atmosphere of teamwork through collaborative behavior and open communications
- Experience of interfacing at all levels from senior management to junior staff.
- Experience of working with customer at a senior level
- A ‘quick-starter’ when it comes to learning new application as a business user. Likes being ’hands-on’.
- Software configuration management Tools such as Perforce, RTC, Star Team, Clearcase, CVS, Tortoise SVN
- Software Development Methodologies such as Agile and Water fall
- 50% overlap with US hours to support offshore client.
- Travel might be required

Required Skills

n
- Experience with Windows Operating system
- Experience with Unix Operating system
- Experience with an Enterprise level application environment across multiple application platforms
- Experience with Enterprise level networking environments
- Experience with Oracle databases and SQL scripting
- Experience with Microsoft SQL databases and SQL scripting
- Experience with the following scripting languages: DOS, PowerShell, JSON, Perl, VBscript
- Experience with JBoss and Apache systems in support of web based applications
- Experience reviewing application log files and initial review of application processing
- Experience with the Microsoft Suite of applications, especially Excel, require
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM system
- Experience with banking applications, preferably with Wires
