Key Responsibilities
n
- Act as the first point of contact for technical support via ticketing systems
- Manage and prioritize incidents, service requests, and problem tickets
- Triage and assign tickets to appropriate SMEs (DBA, Network, Security, etc.)
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues and assist with root cause analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support client communications
- Follow and improve service management processes
n
Must-Have Skills & Experience
n
- Experience with:
- Microsoft Great Plains 2016
- Quadrant Workforce
- BSSI Health Financial Management Module
- Citrix & Active Directory (account creation)
- 2+ years supporting remote clients in a service desk / Tier 1 setting
- Strong experience with ticket triaging, prioritization, and incident management
n
Technical & Professional Skills
n
- Knowledge of Windows/Linux environments and IT infrastructure
- IT certifications such as A+ or ITIL (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
n
Nice to Have
n
- Experience in the healthcare sector
- Understanding of PHIPA / personal health information protection requirements
n
