Job description:

n

- Delivered Tier 1 technical support within healthcare environments, ensuring compliance with personal health information protection regulations while supporting Windows/Linux servers and enterprise infrastructure systems.
- Managed service management processes for remote clients, including triaging, prioritizing, categorizing, and resolving service requests, incidents, and problem tickets to meet SLA and customer service standards.
- Administered and supported enterprise applications such as Microsoft Great Plains 2016, Quadrant Workforce, BSSI Health Financial Management Module, Citrix, and Active Directory (AD) account creation and access management.
- Built strong stakeholder relationships through effective communication, analytical problem-solving,



and customer-focused service delivery while consistently meeting deadlines in fast-paced support environments.

We use AI-enabled tools to assist in screening applications based on job-related criteria.
