The Job!n
You will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and engaging top technical talent for clients across a variety of industries, with a particular focus on the U.S. market. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an agency environment and enjoys proactive headhunting and relationship-driven recruiting.

You will leverage advanced sourcing strategies, networking, and direct outreach to build pipelines of highly skilled technical professionals.
n
- Source and engage technical talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Identify and assess candidates for highly specialized technical roles.
- Conduct screening interviews to evaluate technical competencies and alignment with client needs.
- You will develop talent pipelines of passive candidates within targeted technology markets.
- You will partner closely with internal consultants to understand client hiring requirements and deliver qualified candidates.

What you bring to the job
n
You will come with a robust background in agency recruitment and a proven ability to identify and engage top technical talent through proactive sourcing strategies.
n
Educational Requirement
n
- LinkedIn Recruiter experience
- At least 5+ years' experience as a recruiter sourcing and screening Technical/IT Roles in an Agency environment
- Strong headhunting and networking background, leveraging direct outreach and referrals as core recruitment tools
- Highly proactive and resourceful in sourcing strategies
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
- Collaborative team player with a consultative approach
- Experience recruiting within the U.S. market is considered a strong asset.
