Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Testing Lead with solid Tricentis Tosca expertise to lead testing efforts for SAP environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining testing strategy, leading test planning activities, and ensuring high-quality test execution across SAP implementations and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Lead end-to-end testing strategy for SAP programs using Tricentis Tosca
- Define and manage test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts
- Oversee test design, execution, defect management, and reporting
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, and technical teams
- Ensure testing aligns with project timelines, quality standards, and risk mitigation goals
- Mentor and guide test team members on Tricentis best practices
- Support regression testing, UAT, and SAP release cycles





Required Skills & Experiencen

- 10+ years of experience as a Testing Lead on SAP projects
- Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca for SAP testing
- Solid understanding of SAP modules (ECC and/or S/4HANA)
- Expertise in developing testing strategies, test plans, and test scripts
- Experience managing end-to-end test lifecycle
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Work Arrangementn

- Contract
- Location: Toronto- Hybrid
- Rate card: $80-$95/hr
