Traffic Control Plan Specialist (Full-Time) —Expand Your Knowledge with Travel Opportunities Dartmouth, NS | $55,000–$65,000/year | In-person Right Traffic is one of North America’s fastest-growing traffic control companies, and we’re just getting started. As demand continues to surge, we’re looking for an energetic, detail-driven Traffic Control Design Specialist to join our growing team in Dartmouth. If you enjoy design work, problem-solving, and building plans that keep real job sites running safely and efficiently, you’ll love this role.

What You’ll Do As a Traffic Control Design Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting our field teams and customers by drafting accurate, compliant, high-quality temporary traffic control plans.

Responsibilities include: · Designing and creating temporary traffic control plans using Rapid Plan and Adobe software · Submitting traffic control plans to contractors and authorities for review and approval · Reading and interpreting civil drawings, field notes, survey information, utility maps,



and other reference materials · Preparing base maps and preliminary design drawings · Revising and updating plans as needed based on feedback or changing site requirements · Producing traffic control plans aligned with City/County specifications · Coordinating workloads and priorities with your supervisor · Communicating clearly and professionally with internal teams and external contacts · Maintaining confidentiality and following company policies What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and strong communication.

Preferred qualifications: · Previous experience in traffic control design (preferred) · Experience using Rapid Plan and Adobe software (preferred) · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail · Ability to manage deadlines and priorities in a dynamic environment Pay &
