Seeking a Credit Card Solutions Manager & SME with deep experience in Canadian banking, TSYS, and Mastercard platforms. This role bridges product, technology, and compliance teams to deliver secure, scalable credit card solutions across the bank’s portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as SME for TSYS VisionPLUS and Mastercard network/platform integrations.
- Lead solution design for new credit card products, platform enhancements, and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with product, operations, architecture, and delivery teams to define end-to-end solutions.
- Manage TSYS change governance, Mastercard mandates, and third-party integration requirements.
- Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, PIPEDA, OSFI guidelines, and Mastercard rules.
- Support digital and mobile channel enablement (e.g., tokenization, provisioning, rewards).

Ideal Candidate Profile:n

- • 8–10+ years in Canadian credit card domain, including TSYS platform expertise.
- • Robust knowledge of Mastercard APIs, BIN management, authorizations, and chargebacks.
- • Experience in end-to-end card lifecycle, issuer/acquirer integration, and regulatory compliance.
- • Proven ability to work across Agile/DevOps delivery models and cross-functional teams.
