Mutual is looking for an Underwriting Administrator to support our Underwriting team and ensure smooth, timely delivery of insurance solutions to our policyholders.

n

Key Responsibilities - Provide prompt and qualified support to Agents, Brokers, Underwriters, and internal teams

n

- Build and maintain positive relationships across the organization
- Prepare, assemble, and issue policy documents, declarations, registered letters, and other materials
- Back up reception with answering calls, taking payments, and managing mail/courier needs
- Monitor, process, and resolve returned mail
- Produce reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed
- Maintain accurate client information and follow up on outstanding details
- Collaborate with teammates and participate in regular team meetings
- Take on other administrative responsibilities as required Qualifications - High School Diploma required; post‑secondary education in Business, Administrative, or Insurance-related program preferred




- 2+ years of office administrative experience (insurance experience is an asset)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and time‑management abilities
- Positive, solutions‑focused mindset with flexibility and adaptability
- Team‑oriented approach and commitment to confidentiality
- Valid Ontario driver’s license Why Maple:
