Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing, improving, and streamlining processes across departments to enhance efficiency, transparency, and service delivery for all platform users. Key Responsibilities

n

- Capture and describe how current processes work using easy maps and clear notes.




- Lead workshops and conversations with teams across operations, facilities, finance, procurement, and support.
- Spot inefficiencies like manual work, duplicate tasks, gaps, and delays.
- Help shape options and contribute to business case development.
- Turn findings into clear requirements and practical insights for decision-making.
- Design and optimize end-to-end processes.

Qualifications

n

- 7+ years improving business performance through analysis and workflow enhancement.
- Experience across operational settings, including asset and service environments.
- Confident in leading discussions, extracting insights, and aligning stakeholders.
- Skilled in producing clear, structured deliverables and operational documentation.
- Exposure to CMMS / IWMS / EAM platforms (Archibus).
- Experience analyzing payroll/time entry, stores/inventory, or procurement workflows.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
