This is an exciting opportunity for a Technical Lead to play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing technology solutions that support platform users and enhance overall system performance and reliability. This is an opportunity to lead technical initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and guide architecture and development decisions in a dynamic environment. You’ll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team focused on delivering scalable, high-quality solutions that strengthen day-to-day operations and long-term outcomes, with a competitive pay rate.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Review existing Archibus modules, workflows, reporting, and identify areas for improvement or underutilization.
- Analyze gaps across processes, governance, data quality, training, configuration, and overall system setup.
- Compare Archibus capabilities with organizational goals for service delivery, accountability, workforce insights, and procurement standards.




- Develop scenarios for enhancing the current system versus migrating to a new platform, including implementation impacts.
- Support the creation of business-case recommendations, highlighting risks, resource needs, effort estimates, and role responsibilities.

Qualifications

n

- Over a decade of experience with enterprise facilities management platforms, including CMMS, IWMS, and EAM tools.
- Proven track record with Archibus in system evaluation, deployment, optimization, support, and architecture.
- Familiarity with comparable solutions (IBM Maximo and Accruent) and Maintenance Connection.
- Deep understanding of maintenance workflows, asset lifecycle management, mobile-enabled operations, inventory oversight, and facilities reporting.
- Ability to translate complex technical issues into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience connecting ERP, procurement, and payroll systems, ensuring smooth data flow across platforms.
- Skilled in preparing business analyses, guiding modernization strategies, and assessing technology deployment options.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
