- 0–3 years of experience in UX/UI, product design, or related field
- Understanding of Design Thinking and user-centered design principles
- Interest in designing for internal tools, workflows, and enterprise systems
- Ability to translate research insights into practical design solutions
- Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.)
- Robust communication and collaboration skills
- Portfolio demonstrating your design process and problem-solving approach
- Graphic design could also be sometimes part of a project task
