Globe 24-7 is partnering with a client in the mining industry to support their search for a Warehouse Coordinator based in Val-d'Or, Quebec.

About the Role This position plays a key role in supporting the efficient operation of the IMDEX warehouse by ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials to customers and satellite warehouses. The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for the accurate and timely handling of rental fleet items, including receiving, storage, shipping, and inventory control.

Additional Details

- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Reporting to: Warehouse Team Lead
- Preferred Background: Experience in mining or a related heavy industry workplace is highly valued

Key Responsibilities Goods Inwards / Outwards Receiving Shipments

n

- Receive rental tools and kits returned from hire, including unpacking, recording, and routing components to appropriate storage areas
- Inspect and verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders, record shipments, and confirm receipt

Order Fulfillment

n

- Pick and pack outgoing sales and rental orders, including assembling kits, containers, and skids
- Prepare shipping documentation (bills of lading, customs forms, etc.)



and coordinate pickups or deliveries
- Track and update shipment status as required

Inspection, Testing & Repair Kit Maintenance

n

- Inspect returned equipment for condition and cleanliness
- Open work orders for items requiring service or repair
- Clean and refurbish equipment, coordinating with third-party service providers when needed

Stock Control

- Maintain accurate manual and digital inventory records
- Monitor and report stock levels for rental kit components
- Report damaged stock or equipment to the supervisor
- Conduct regular stock counts and investigate discrepancies

Warehouse Operations

- Support daily warehouse planning and operations
- Oversee loading and unloading of goods
- Maintain adequate levels of shipping, cleaning, and operational supplies
- Ensure the warehouse and yard remain clean, organized, and safe
- Dispose of waste appropriately, including controlled materials
- Operate equipment such as forklifts and hand trucks to move and store goods
- Contribute to the development of standard work instructions (SWIs) and procedures
