Role: TSYS Tech Lead

n

Location: Toronto, ON

Job Type: Contract

Job Description:

n

TSYS Tech lead expectations:

n

TSYS applications knowledge including TS2, TLP, Quick Remit, Centre suite, API’s, MQ’s, etc. (with respect to green screens and options.)

n

TSYS expertise for both Consumer and Commercial platforms

n

TSYS/Bank integration knowledge is advantageous.

n

Knowledge on G&D;, Symcor, MasterCard interfaces is advantage.

n

Should lead the implementation of Platform led projects for both testing and production

n

Should lead all the technical activities/assessment

n

Experience in API and MQ- need ability to understand and perform analysis with request/responses to triage issues and investigations

n

TSYS production support:

n

Previous production support experience is mandatory

n

Experience in TSYS application is required (File flow, data integration flow knowledge with Bank’s applications)

n





API and MQ data flow knowledge is required.

n

Incident management in Service now, (tracking until closure) is required

n

Top 3 Required Skills:

n

1.TSYS/TS2 Credit Card functionality knowledge on different modules (Statements, Options, Authorizations, Rewards, On Boarding New Card , Quick Remit, Centre suite etc.)

n

- TSYS different Batch files hands on experience
- Experience in API and MQ- need ability to understand and perform analysis with request/responses to triage issues and investigations

n

Top 3 Preferred Skills:

n

- Working with vendors MasterCard, Visa, Symcor, G&D;
- TSYS Production support experience is mandatory
- Incident management in Service now, (tracking until closure) is required
