Job Title: Recruiter Location: Kanata, Ottawa, Hybrid (3–4 times per week at the office, 600 March Road, Ottawa, Ontario) Compensation: ~$40–$42/hour USD (flexible) Contract: Full-time, starting with a 6-month agreement What you’ll do:

- Lead recruitment efforts for highly specialized roles in hardware, software, networking, and embedded engineering
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and ensure successful placements
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies tailored to niche engineering talent pools, using a curiosity-driven approach
- Maintain open communication with internal teams, providing updates and feedback on recruitment processes and candidate progress
- Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring journey
- Conduct interviews and facilitate the selection process, ensuring a smooth and effective experience for both candidates and clients
- Organize and attend in-person meetings and industry events to promote Hudson Talent Solutions and attract top talent You’ll bring:
- 7+ years of proven recruitment experience, with a strong track record in hardware, software, networking, or embedded engineering
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a knack for building rapport
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to tackle challenges creatively
- Experience leveraging data and analytics to inform recruitment strategies and enhance decision-making
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented approach
