The Opportunity

n

As Senior Manager, Finance, you will own the financial operations of our Advertising Co‑Op division, providing strategic insight, operational excellence, and strong leadership to a high-performing finance team.

n

This is a high-impact, visible role working closely with our VP, Finance, executive leadership, Boards, and franchisee committees. You’ll shape financial strategy, strengthen controls, and help drive informed decision-making across the business.

n

What You’ll Be Responsible For

n

- Lead and manage all accounting and financial operations for the UPGC Advertising Co‑Op entities
- Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Prepare and present financial results to the Board of Directors and National Advertising Committees
- Strengthen internal controls, policies, and financial governance (ASPE/GAAP)
- Oversee audits, tax compliance, regulatory reporting, and NPO filings
- Partner with Marketing and cross-functional teams on annual planning and budget reviews
- Manage cash flow, investments, banking relationships, and risk management




- Coach, develop, and inspire a team of 4 direct reports, fostering growth and accountability
- Drive process improvements, automation, and performance metrics

What We’re Looking For

n

- CPA designation with a university degree in Accounting or Business
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including people leadership
- Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and audit management
- Experience with ASPE / private enterprise GAAP
- Hands-on experience with ACCPAC or similar ERP systems
- Confident communicator with experience presenting to Boards or senior stakeholders
- Strategic thinker who balances attention to detail with big-picture impact
- Not-for-profit or co‑op experience is an asset
