Our challenge

n

We are looking for a ServiceNow Project Manager who will possess a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and domain knowledge to successfully lead ServiceNow initiatives.

n

The Role

n

Responsibilities:

n

- Project Lifecycle Management: Lead ServiceNow implementation, upgrades, and transformation initiatives from project initiation through deployment and post-implementation review.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams to define scope, goals, and project documentation.
- Agile/Scrum Leadership: Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure effective delivery.
- Risk & Resource Management: Identify, mitigate,



and resolve project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks while assigning resources and tasks.
- Governance & Best Practices: Enforce ServiceNow best practices, technical standards, and quality control (e.g., ITSM/ITIL).
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to leadership, tracking performance using KPIs.

Required Skills and Experience:

n

- Experience: Generally 8+ years of IT project management experience, with 2-4 years focusing specifically on ServiceNow projects.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, HRSD, or CSM).
- Methodologies: Proven experience in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Tools: Proficiency in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), JIRA, or MS Project.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
