What You’ll Do
n
We are seeking a strategic, brand-driven Director of Marketing to elevate Olympia’s presence in the market and bring our story to life across every touchpoint. This role is both visionary and hands-on. You will define the marketing strategy while actively contributing to execution.
n
You will lead a lean, high-impact team, ensuring that every campaign, asset, and interaction reflects the strength of the Olympia brand. Success in this role means building a marketing function that not only supports the business—but inspires customers, differentiates us in the market, and strengthens our reputation as an industry leader.

Key Responsibilities:
n
The Director of Marketing is responsible for owning Olympia’s marketing vision, brand identity, and campaign strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives while driving awareness, engagement, and growth. This role operates across both strategic leadership and hands-on execution, balancing long-term planning with day-to-day involvement in key initiatives.

You will:
n
Marketing Strategy & Brand Leadership
n
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with Olympia’s business goals
- Define and evolve Olympia’s brand positioning, voice, and visual identity
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all channels and customer touchpoints
- Translate business objectives into transparent, actionable marketing priorities
Campaigns & Content (Brand-Led Execution)n
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across:
- Digital (website, email, social)
- Showroom and in-person experiences
- Trade shows and industry events
- Oversee content strategy, including product storytelling, design inspiration, and brand narratives
- Contribute hands-on to campaign development, messaging, and execution where needed
Creative Direction & Customer Experiencen
- Guide creative direction across all marketing assets (digital, print, showroom, events)
- Ensure a cohesive and premium brand experience across physical and digital environments
- Elevate how Olympia presents products, collections, and design solutions to customers
Team Leadership & Collaborationn
- Lead and mentor a small internal marketing team
- Work closely with external partners (agencies, designers, vendors) to extend capabilities
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance culture
- Partner cross-functionally with sales, operations, and leadership to align initiatives
Marketing Operations & Performancen
- Establish KPIs and track performance across campaigns and channels
- Use data and insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes
- Oversee marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources
- Balance creativity with performance—ensuring marketing efforts are both impactful and measurable
Digital & Innovationn
- Oversee digital marketing ecosystem including website, CRM, and email marketing
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness through tools and technology
- Ensure Olympia remains modern and competitive in its marketing approach

What You Bring
n
- 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with leadership responsibilities
- Proven success building and executing brand-driven marketing strategies
- Experience working in B2B, distribution, design, or product-driven environments is an asset
- Demonstrated success in marketing leadership with the ability to coach and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field required
- Relevant marketing certifications (digital, brand, or analytics)
