About the Opportunity

Our client, a leading organization in the transportation and logistics sector, is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Analyst to support their Business Development and operations teams. This role plays a critical part in ensuring data accuracy, pipeline visibility, and operational efficiency across transportation activities.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help maintain and analyze logistics and sales data, ensuring systems are up to date and reporting is reliable. Your Responsibilities
n
- You’ll maintain and update logistics and pipeline data within Salesforce, ensuring accuracy across all records
- In this role, you’ll analyze data for completeness and consistency,
identifying discrepancies and resolving issues proactively
- You’ll support reporting by pulling data and assisting with dashboards to reflect current business and operational activity
- You’ll collaborate with business development and operations teams to ensure timely updates and data alignment
- You’ll follow established processes to maintain high standards of data integrity and system discipline
- You’ll flag risks or gaps in data that may impact reporting, forecasting, or operational visibility

Skills and Qualifications
n
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, or data-focused roles
- Robust analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, formatting, and basic formulas
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM or data management systems is an asset
- Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive and team-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and resolve data issues
