Our client a rapid growing integrated services company has an exciting opportunity for a Manager of Financial Reporting to join their Finance Team. Responsibilities are as follows,
n
Maintain IFRS-compliant financial records and prepare quarterly and annual financial statements, disclosures, and reporting packages (including Hebrew reporting).
n
Prepare investment reporting, MD&A;, Investment Memorandums, and partner-specific financial packages.
n
Coordinate translations (Hebrew/English), review currency translations (CAD to NIS), and prepare supporting memos.
n
Manage SOX compliance, internal controls documentation, and coordination with internal auditors.
n
Serve as primary point of contact for external auditors, legal counsel, and other stakeholders.
n
Compile corporate governance documentation and support statutory reporting requirements.
n
Support annual budgeting processes at operations and corporate levels.
n
Assist with tax compliance and related filings in coordination with external tax advisors.
n
Resolve accounting system, reporting, and Excel-based technical issues.
n
Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support to the CFO and Controller as required.
n
Requirements
n
- CPA designation
- Solid understanding of IFRS
- Languages – Hebrew and English, full proficiency
- Self-motivated, eager to excel and able to take on initiatives
- Superior analytical and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent computer knowledge, specifically MS Excel and MS Word
- Strong team player, as well as able to work independently
