Role Description

This is a full time on-site role for a Sales & Merchandising Representative at Super Asia Foods in MONTREAL, QC. The representative will be responsible for day-to-day In-store sales activities, conducting customer service interactions, ensuring timely delivery schedules, deliver small orders and implementing sales and marketing strategies to promote our products. In addition to serving existing clients, the rep will also be responsible for business development and channel development of our products into the province of QUEBEC.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular store visits to generate orders and ensure merchandising compliance.
- Build and manage relationships with key accounts and retail partners.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Negotiate pricing, promotions, and product listings where required.
- Implement product placement, promotional activities, and in-store displays.
- Monitor product pricing, inventory levels, and merchandising standards.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales and account management.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Hands-on execution and merchandising expertise.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.

Must be able to Speak: English , French, (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi is a Bonus)
