Job Description The Field Maintenance Support Technician provides essential support to the mechanic and field operations team within a geothermal drilling and construction environment. This role combines hands-on assistance with basic mechanical tasks and reliable transport of parts, tools, and materials to job sites. The position helps ensure equipment uptime, efficient workflow, and smooth field operations.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Assist the mechanic with basic mechanical tasks, including equipment inspections, lubrication, cleaning, and simple repairs.
- Prepare and organize tools, parts, and service equipment for daily tasks.
- Pick up and deliver parts, materials, and supplies between vendors, the shop, and active job sites.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, service truck, and equipment areas.
- Support field crews with general labor and equipment setup as required.
- Conduct routine vehicle and equipment checks under supervision.
- Follow all safety procedures, particularly around drilling rigs and heavy machinery.
- Keep accurate records of parts delivered, work performed, and equipment usage.
