Your responsibilities include proactive outreach to understand client goals and mitigate churn risks through timely resolutions. You'll manage customer success metrics and enrich clients’ journeys while leading projects and facilitating product training. Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary contact for approximately 100 accounts
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with POCs
- Guide customers to maximize business value through ServiceTitan
- Monitor account health to prevent escalations and churn
- Conduct product training and engagement webinars Requirements:
- 2+ years in customer success or related roles
- Robust problem-solving and de-escalation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with effective time management
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus Utilize your expertise in customer engagement to enhance satisfaction and promote long-term retention for all clients.
