What You’ll Be Doing

As Controller, you will be at the center of financial operations, providing leadership, insight, and accountability across the organization:

n

- Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Deliver in-depth variance analysis and costing, identifying key trends and providing actionable insights to senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with ASPE standards, including evolving regulatory requirements
- Own the general ledger (GL), ensuring integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of financial data
- Design, implement,



and continuously improve internal controls and financial processes
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team

What You Bring

n

- CPA designation (required)
- Background in public practice, combined with progressive industry experience (construction strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders across all levels
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into meaningful insights
- A proactive, hands-on mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
