The Opportunity:
n
Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, the Director of Brand Experiences & Communication will champion the Digital and Product Marketing across their Branded business product categories in the Retail Grocery customer channels.
n
This role will translate strategy into integrated campaigns, communications, and experiences that build emotional connection and commercial impact.
n
This role oversees the annual marketing calendar and leads integrated planning across product launches, campaigns, communications, digital channels, events, and brand experiences. Ensures that every brand expression — internally and externally — aligns with their purpose, design system, and growth priorities.
n
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
n
n
Integrated Marketing & Campaigns
n
- Build and lead the annual integrated marketing calendar, aligning product launches, seasonal programs, and brand campaigns.
- Develop 360° campaign strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and loyalty across retail, digital, and trade environments.
- Oversee creative briefing, messaging, and cross-functional alignment between Product, Sales, Operations, and Finance.
- Translate upstream brand and product strategies into compelling narratives that differentiate them in the market.
- Manage the measurement and reporting of campaign performance, ensuring optimization for future programs.

Communications & PR
n
- Lead all corporate, brand, and external communications strategy.
- Serve as the brand voice guardian, ensuring consistent messaging and tone across all internal and external touchpoints.
- Partner with the Senior Communications Manager on media relations, executive visibility, thought leadership, and crisis communication planning.
- Reinforce corporate reputation through proactive storytelling that highlights innovation, sustainability, and partnership success.
- Collaborate with HR and Internal Communications to align messaging that strengthens engagement and reinforces company culture.

Social, Digital & Content
n
- Develop and lead digital and social content strategy, ensuring cohesive storytelling across owned, earned, and paid channels.
- Oversee content creation for web, email, social media, and trade communications, ensuring creative excellence and consistency.
- Manage community engagement and influencer partnerships that reflect our Win by Challenging mindset.
- Use analytics and insights to inform creative strategy, track performance, and enhance brand visibility.
- Partner with Marketing Operations & Workflow Manager to ensure seamless coordination and prioritization of content and campaign deliverables.

Events & Experiences
n
- Lead execution of trade shows, retail activations, consumer events, and experiential marketing initiatives.
- Ensure brand storytelling and visual identity are cohesive across physical and digital environments.
- Partner with HR and People Experience teams to enhance internal brand experiences, such as company events, culture programs, and leadership communications.
- Manage agency and vendor partners to deliver on time, on budget, and on brand.

Leadership, Operations & Collaboration
n
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team across Communications, Social/Digital, and Events.
- Partner closely with the VP, Product Strategy & Brand Architecture to ensure seamless alignment between upstream design and downstream activation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Finance to connect marketing programs to measurable business outcomes.
- Oversee agency relationships, scope management, and budget planning for all downstream marketing initiatives.
- Contribute as an active member of the Marketing Leadership Team, helping shape overall departmental strategy and culture.

Ideal Qualifications & Competencies:
n
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in brand marketing, communications, or integrated campaign leadership within CPG, food, agriculture, or consumer brands.
- Demonstrated success developing and executing multi-channel marketing and communications programs that drive growth.
