Our client currently has a vacancy for a dedicated and driven Service Excellence Representative to join their team and help continue their mission.

Role Overview:
n
The Service Excellence Representative works between the hours of 11:00am – 7:00pm and is responsible for communicating with internal and external clients to answer inquiries, verify information, and retain existing customers. This position operates in a fast-paced, friendly, and team-oriented environment.
n

Main Responsibilities:
n
Customer Interaction & Retention
n
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email using industry knowledge, customer service skills, and sales techniques
- Handle outbound calls to verify and confirm contract details
- Retain customers through effective communication and training-based strategies
n
Problem Resolution
n
- Provide accurate, timely responses and appropriate resolutions to customer inquiries
- Escalate complex issues to relevant departments and ensure timely follow-up
- Monitor and complete daily reports through analysis, forward-thinking, and problem-solving
n
Regulatory Compliance
n
- Ensure all interactions comply with energy sector regulations, company policies, and industry best practices
n
Job Requirements:
n
- Minimum of 2–3+ years of telecommunications customer service experience
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Experience or interest in the energy industry is an asset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for handling inquiries and contract discussions professionally
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a agile team environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn internal systems
- Sound judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality
