We’re partnering with a creative agency to find a confident and organized intermediate Account Manager to support the accounts team on a major retail client relationship. This role is an exciting prospect for an eager agency professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, is highly organized, and can support teams across a variety of projects while being an exceptional communicator.

About the Role:

You’ll support the accounts team on a high-profile client relationship, liaising with the client, streamlining delivery of assets, and facilitating meetings.

You’ll provide hands-on support across a wide range of creative projects.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

- Maintain professional communication between the accounts team and the client
- Support the delivery of creative assets across projects
- Schedule meetings, send invites, and prepare agendas




- Take detailed notes during meetings and circulate clear summaries with action items
- Help keep projects on track by coordinating timelines and next steps

Who We’re Looking For:

n

- Experience as an Account Coordinator, Account Manager, or Marketing Coordinator
- 3+ years of Agency experience
- Highly organized, with strong instincts for timing, delivery, and prioritization
- Able to manage feedback and communicate with client stakeholders with tact and clarity
- Comfortable asking questions, seeking clarity, and proactively finding solutions
- Experience in retail is a bonus
- Print and digital production knowledge
