The Opportunity

As a member of this litigation team, you will have the opportunity to work on matters spanning the full life cycle of complex litigation, including:

- Strategic dispute-oriented advice on active commercial matters
- Negotiations and dispute resolution strategy
- Mediations and settlement discussions
- Trial work and arbitration proceedings

Qualifications

- 4 to 7 years of experience in complex commercial litigation from a national, regional or a reputable boutique law firm
- Strong analytical, advocacy, and practice management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities
- The ability to manage multiple complex litigation matters and work effectively within a collaborative team
- A strong interest in developing a long-term commercial litigation practice
- Above average academic credentials and a solid employment history.

- Qualified to practice law in Canada

- Lockstep base salary (Range of 165K - 225K per annum)
