Our client, a well-established and highly regarded boutique law firm, is seeking an experienced Litigation Lawyer to join their growing team in either Toronto or Ottawa.

The firm has built a strong reputation advising institutional and corporate clients within a specialized and consistently active area of law, offering a unique mix of litigation and advisory work. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned litigator looking to take ownership of their practice, manage a steady flow of work, and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Manage and support a broad range of commercial dispute matters from strategy through resolution
Lead and assist with corporate and business disputes, including shareholder and partnership matters
Contribute to litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution proceedings
Support urgent and high-impact court applications and motions
Take ownership of files with appropriate autonomy
Collaborate with lawyers across multiple practice areas on multi-disciplinary matters

About You

The successful candidate will have the following:
Minimum 5+ years of commercial or construction litigation
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities




Sound qualified judgment and attention to detail
A collaborative, team-oriented approach
Demonstrated commitment to high-quality work
Interest in ongoing professional growth and development

About the Job

This is an on-site role located in Toronto, ON or Ottawa ON
Competitive salary starting at $160,000 and incentive package, to be determined based on experience
