L.G. Home Comfort (LGHC) is a Canadian HVAC company founded in 2017. With a family-run approach, we extend a personal touch to our customers and treat every home as if it were our own.

We provide installation and repair services for residential and commercial furnaces, air conditioners, hot water tanks, tankless water heaters, and water purification systems.

Role Overview
We are seeking a driven Home Comfort Advisor to join our growing team. This is a fully commissioned sales position, ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in a performance-based environment. You’ll be responsible for guiding homeowners through the sales cycle, recommending the right comfort solutions, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Consult with residential customers to identify home comfort needs and recommend solutions
- Stay current on product offerings, promotions, and rebates to maximize customer value
- Generate and present accurate quotes using internal sales tools
- Maintain detailed records in company systems and reports
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Support the launch of new products and services
- Clearly communicate LGHC’s value proposition to prospective customers




- Collaborate with colleagues to gather feedback and improve sales processes
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person appointments
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

- Ontario Secondary School Diploma (or equivalent) required
- Sales experience (HVAC knowledge an asset, but not required)
- Valid G-Class driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Post-secondary education in sales, business, or a related field considered an asset
- Solid communication skills (verbal, written, and digital)
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Highly motivated with strong initiative and organizational skills

Hours

- Flexible and variable, including evenings and weekends, based on customer needs

Compensation

- This is a 100% commission-based position with competitive earning potential and performance-based bonuses.
