Cantiro is poised for ongoing growth and is looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our dynamic Sales Team. This role is primarily located in Cochrane, but may be based at any of our sales asset locations within the Calgary and surrounding region.

Overview
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring smooth operations within their designated territory. This role will be based out of one of Cantiro’s active sales locations in the Calgary region and may require working from different showhomes or communities, including locations in Calgary or Cochrane.

Qualifications
- Post-secondary education (or equivalent experience with solid communication skills).
- 4+ years of new home sales experience – You understand the industry and have a proven track record of success.
- 2+ years of marketing or business development experience – You contribute to marketing efforts and generate new opportunities.
- Please note, due to the nature of this role, successful candidates must undergo a background check
Work Hours
Monday to Thursday: 1:30 PM – 8:15 PM
Saturday, Sunday, and Statutory Holidays: 11:30 AM – 5:15 PM
