Professional Staffing is looking for a Business Development Specialist for their Sales & Marketing team.

We are looking for individuals with a robust passion for new business development - cold calling, researching, networking, and calling on prospective clients who are looking to partner with us for their recruitment needs.

The ideal candidate will have a background in B2B sales in the Industrial sector.
n
Responsibilities:
n
- Calling on new clients and selling our services
- Communicating with clients via phone/ email/ on site visits
- Updating company CRM to track activities/ results
n
Compensation:
n
- First year total package - $50K base plus uncapped commissions, first on target earnings $80K upwards
- Benefits - Medical, Dental, etc.
- 100% work from home

Requirements:
n
- Post secondary education in business or similar
- At least 2 years in a similar role
- Previous experience as an Inside Sales Rep- must have experience cold calling and doing business development calls
- Experience in the industrial sector
- Upselling/ cross selling products
- CRM/ MS Office
