Role Overview

nAutoShack is hiring a hands‑on Ecommerce Marketplace & PIM Operations Manager to lead a 100,000+ SKU ecommerce catalog, managing a team of 10–15 product data specialists and overseeing product data across Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Google Shopping, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud. The role is high‑execution and results‑driven, focused on fixing, scaling, and optimizing product data operations.n

Core Responsibilities

- Own and manage a 100,000+ SKU product catalog.
n
- Lead and develop a team of 10–15 product data specialists.
n
- Manage product data across Amazon, eBay, Google, and Walmart marketplaces.
n
- Own and optimize Product Information Management (PIM) systems.
n
- Enforce Product Data Governance (MDM) standards.
n
- Build and enforce data validation rules, QA workflows, and operational controls.
n
- Lead large‑scale data cleanup and catalog restructuring.
n
- Improve catalog accuracy, listing completeness, and team productivity.
n
- Track and improve KPIs: data accuracy, error rates, throughput.
n

Required Experience

nn
- Experience managing a 100,000+ SKU ecommerce product catalog.
n
- Experience leading a team of 10+ employees.
n




- Hands‑on ownership of PIM and Product Data Governance / Master Data Management (MDM).
n
- Direct experience working with Amazon, eBay, Google, or Walmart marketplace product data.
n
- Proven ability to fix and improve large‑scale catalog/data environments.
n
