Our client, a global leading manufacturing organization is looking to hire an Human Resources Coordinator on a full time basis.

n

Responsibilities

n

- Act as the primary contact for employee HR-related questions, offering guidance and escalating concerns when necessary
- Assist with employee relations activities, including documentation, supporting investigations, and helping resolve issues in line with company policies and employment laws
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and overall employee lifecycle processes to ensure a smooth and compliant experience
- Contribute to recruitment efforts by assisting with job postings, candidate screening, reference checks, and interview scheduling
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in compliance with legal standards and internal policies
- Research, develop, and update HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in alignment with legislation and organizational objectives
- Help implement and communicate HR policies across the organization
- Support compliance initiatives, audits, and internal HR reviews
- Stay informed on regulatory updates and assist with necessary policy and process changes
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives, including surveys and follow-up actions
- Support the coordination and tracking of training and development programs
- Collaborate with leadership on culture-building activities and internal communications




- Gather and help analyze employee feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Conduct research and benchmarking to support HR best practices
- Assist with HR reporting, metrics tracking, and data analysis related to workforce trends, engagement, and retention
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by documenting and refining HR processes and workflows

Qualifications

n

- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
- Hands-on experience applying HR concepts through internships, co-op placements, or entry-level HR roles
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening abilities
- Ability to manage sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Excellent organizational skills with robust attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience or familiarity with HRIS platforms and document management systems is an asset
- Completion of or progress toward a CHRP designation is considered an asset
- Interest in employee engagement, organizational development, and HR policy initiatives
- Exposure to manufacturing, engineering, or technical work environments is considered an asset
