Intermediate Business Analyst – Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join a retail client and support a growing product and digital team. This role works closely with Product Managers, technology teams, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and support the delivery of digital initiatives across the product development lifecycle. This is a hands-on, early‑career role suited for someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate in a rapid‑paced environment.

What you’ll do - Work closely with Product Managers, technology teams, and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements

- Document business processes, requirements, and workflows to support solution design and delivery
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions with cross‑functional teams
- Support digital initiatives across the full product development lifecycle
- Communicate findings and insights to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, including leadership
- Assist with decision‑making by producing clear,



well‑structured documentation and summaries Required experience - 2–3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role or similar, supporting product or technology teams
- Experience working within a product development lifecycle
- Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills
- Ability to produce clear documentation (requirements, process flows, notes, summaries)
- Strong communication skills, including presenting to and engaging with stakeholders and leadership
- Experience facilitating workshops or cross‑functional working sessions Nice to have - Experience in eCommerce or digital commerce environments
- Exposure to order management, delivery workflows, or commerce features such as cart, checkout, and payments
- Experience with analytics or reporting tools such as Adobe Analytics or Tableau We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position.
