Join our agile food processing team as a Meat Packer, where your precision and dedication will play a vital role in delivering high-quality meat products to our customers. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently packing meat products while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and quality. Responsibilities
Carefully pack meat products using proper knife skills and packaging techniques to ensure freshness and quality.
Operate food processing equipment and machinery safely, adhering to all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) protocols to prevent contamination.
Assist with meat cutting, trimming, and portioning as needed, demonstrating mechanical knowledge and food industry expertise.
Follow strict food safety procedures throughout the production process, including proper labeling and storage of products.
Support the sanitation team by cleaning workstations, tools,



and equipment regularly to uphold food safety standards.
Document production activities accurately and report any issues related to machinery or product quality promptly.

Qualifications
Prior experience in food processing, manufacturing, or meat cutting is highly preferred.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations, HACCP standards, and sanitation practices within a food production environment.
Strong knife skills with the ability to handle meat efficiently and safely.
Mechanical knowledge beneficial for operating and troubleshooting packaging or processing equipment.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and adhering to safety protocols.
Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive approach to maintaining a clean and safe food processing plant.
