Position: Full Time or Part Time Assistant Manager

Location: West GTA, Hamilton & Niagara Region

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to oversee the daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of fitness trainers. Provide guidance, support, and training as needed.
Operational Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the gym, including facility maintenance, equipment upkeep, and inventory management.
Customer Experience: Maintain high standards of customer service. Address member inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.
Sales and Marketing Support: Promote gym memberships, special programs, and events. Drive membership sales and retention initiatives.
Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Implement and oversee safety protocols and cleaning procedures.



Cleaning the gym is a must in this position.

Requirements:
Previous experience in a managerial role within the fitness industry or related field.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage staff, handle customer relations, and drive sales.
Knowledge of fitness equipment, health, and safety regulations.
Weekends are required.

Please note, staffed hours are Monday to Thursday 11:00 am - 8:00 pm, Fridays from 11:00am to 6:00pm and weekends from 11:00am to 4:00pm.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
