We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our construction and renovation team. The ideal candidate will assist with various manual tasks, operate a range of tools and equipment, and support ongoing projects to ensure timely and quality completion. This position offers an prospect to develop skills in masonry, restoration, and heavy equipment operation within a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

Assist with construction, renovation, and restoration projects by performing manual labor tasks.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to assist with project execution.
Perform masonry work, including laying bricks or stones as required.
Conduct caulking and sealing tasks to ensure structural integrity and finish quality.
Support the setup and breakdown of work sites, including moving materials and debris.
Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure work setting.




Assist with the operation of heavy machinery under supervision when necessary.

Experiencen
Prior experience in construction, masonry, or renovation is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, schematics, and blueprints is advantageous.
Experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts or excavators is a plus.
Knowledge of restoration techniques and caulking procedures is beneficial.
Ability to read technical drawings and schematics to support project tasks.
Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions. This position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in construction-related fields while contributing to meaningful projects in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
