You will work closely with patients to enhance their understanding of diabetes care, coordinate education programs, and offer nutritional counseling. Your contribution will be vital in supporting patients to achieve their health goals. Key Responsibilities:

Guide patients on diabetes nutrition and lifestyle changes
Develop educational materials for patient self-management
Coordinate insulin management and medication adjustments
Conduct individual and group education sessions
Connect patients with local resources and support Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition is essential
At least 3 years of experience in diabetes education
Active registration with relevant licensing body
Certified Diabetes Educator qualification preferred
