This role requires excellent customer service skills, solid communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a safe driving setting.n
Duties
n
Safely operate shuttle vehicles to transport passengers to and from specified locations.
Maintain a clean and well-functioning vehicle, performing routine inspections and basic mechanical maintenance as needed.
Communicate effectively with passengers, providing information about routes, schedules, and any delays.
Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and regulations while prioritizing passenger safety.
Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, including handling luggage or mobility aids when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of trips, including passenger counts and any incidents that may occur during transport.

Skills
n
Proficient in English to effectively communicate with passengers and team members.
Strong customer service skills to provide a positive experience for all passengers.
Ability to maintain composure in various situations while addressing passenger needs.
Basic mechanical knowledge to perform routine vehicle maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues.
Valid "G" License, mandatory
Excellent organizational skills to manage schedules and ensure timely arrivals at destinations.
